Join us for this month's education session!
Studies have shown that not taking time to balance work / life is harmful and can create stress - stress can affect the body / mind in many negative ways. Learning to balance the two can create a more peaceful and productive lifestyle. Learning to set goals to achieve this balance is key to maintaining both mental and physical health.
