MPI Middle PA is pleased to offer an overnight networking and education event each year. As an organization, we understand the value of relationships and have found that our overnight events provide a great opportunity for our members to meet and interact with their fellow members in a relaxed setting while also enjoying high quality educational programming. 


The event will kick off on Tuesday at 4 PM with networking and reception followed at 5 PM with Michael Dominguez, President and CEO, and Brad Magarity, VP Sales and Business Development, at ALHI in regards to the state of the industry.

On Wednesday, "What Employees Want: Recruit & Retain Employees with Creativity" with our speaker, Jessie DaSilva.

Employees have gotten bad raps for job hopping over the past few years, but here’s the secret: They hate it! In this
signature talk, Jessie explains how companies can better retain their employees by understanding the myths about
why people leave their jobs, historic events that changed the way we view work, and what exactly top talent is
looking for from a work place. Spoiler alert? It's what all your employees want in the workplace. By examining the
trends around what workers are looking for when deciding on places to call their professional homes, companies
can keep all their best employees on a budget. Instead of wasting thousands of dollars in recruitment and training,
you’ll create a place where everyone wants to work and top talent comes to you.
