Annual Holiday Celebration & Silent Auction

Join us to celebrate the holiday season with members and guests. This high caliber networking event will be at the Alloy King of Prussia. As we gather for an evening of food, festive cocktails, a live silent auction, and a guaranteed good time! Expect to leave with a feeling of being connected with the MPI Middle PA Chapter family and a positive attitude for the New Year! 

Attendees are encouraged to bring their spouse or a guest to this much anticipated event!

Tickets:

Members & Member Guests: $40

Non-Members: $60

*Tickets include (2) Drink Tickets and Reception- First drink is courtesy of the Alloy King of Prussia and second drink on MPIMP.

Dress Code:

Business casual is recommended. 

Room Block:

For our out-of-town guests or local ones who wish to spend the night at the hotel, there is a discounted room block. The first 10 MPI Middle PA Member meeting planners to register are eligible for a complimentary overnight from the Alloy King of Prussia. Please email Cindy Conaway here to reserve your room. All others, call the Alloy King of Prussia at 610-337-1200 and ask for the MPI Middle PA block for the special of $79.00++. Guestrooms are available until November 23rd.

Networking reception and live silent auction begin at 5:30 p.m.

Silent Auction closes 7:00 PM

Event concludes 7:30 PM

Silent Auction:

Auction items will be displayed at event as well as online. ALL BIDDING WILL BE ONLINE.

AUCTION TO OPEN ON MONDAY, DECEMBER 4TH.

YOU DO NOT NEED TO REGISTER FOR THE IN-PERSON EVENT TO BID ON AUCTION ITEMS.

SILENT AUCTION IS ONLINE BUT ONLY IN-PERSON ATTENDEES HAVE THE CHANCE TO WIN INCREDIBLE DOOR PRIZES SPONSORED BY VALLEY FORGE TOURISM AND HERSHEY RESORTS!!
