Meaghan Ellis
Group Sales Manager
Hi, I’m Meaghan Ellis — your newest board member! I’m a hospitality professional, driven achiever, and adventurer at heart who loves creating connections that feel meaningful, memorable, and fun.
Born in Indiana — home of the legendary Indy 500— I grew up a competitive dancer, which taught me discipline, creativity, and how to shine under pressure. That same energy carried into my career, where I discovered my passion for hospitality and making people feel at home while away from home.
I graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a degree in Recreation, Tourism, and Hospitality, plus double minors in Business and Dance. That blend of business know-how and creative expression shaped the communicator and connector I am today.
I am the Group Sales Manager at Gravity Haus, a community-focused hospitality brand with boutique hotels and experiences in iconic mountain destinations. Beyond work, I call Colorado Springs home, where I live with my husband, Alex and our Saint Bernard, Gambino. I’m also an avid half-marathon runner, and when I’m not training, you’ll usually find me enjoying new breweries, disc golfing, or spending time with family and friends.
As a board member, I lead with energy and heart. I’m excited to bring my creativity and collaborative spirit to the table and help shape meaningful experiences that bring people together.
I am SUPER excited to learn and grow with MPI!
