Christopher Eastment
Teaching Assistant

Christopher Eastment has spent 20 years in the hospitality field, from touring live tours, to restaurants, and large scale events such as the Great American Beer Festival, the Big Beers Belgians, and Barely Wine festival, as well as numerous events across the mountain range such as the Aspen Idea Festival, and Food and Wine festival.
He is now researching Robotics, AI, and Service automation and is pursuing a PhD at Iowa State University.

Isabella Marino
Product Lead 


Isabella Marino, with a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, is the Product Lead at Cvent. She is an expert in event marketing and analytics and is at the forefront of shaping Cvent's product strategies. Isabella is a strong advocate for women in technology and aims to contribute to diversity and inclusivity in the tech sphere.

Viveca McDonald, an energetic Convention Sales Manager at VISIT DENVER, brings over a decade of sales experience and is recognized for her innovative and trendsetting approach. With a strategic blend of analytical acumen and compelling interpersonal skills, Viveca passionately promotes Denver as the premier meeting destination, emphasizing the importance of community and meaningful relationships.

Stephanie Sadri
Director of Meetings and Events 

American Crafts Spirits Association

Stephanie started working in the hospitality industry at a young age, beginning in restaurants and moving on to event and catering management. She has worked at various prestigious venues, including the Museum of Contemporary Art Denver and The Curtis Hotel. Stephanie is currently the Director of Meetings and Events for the American Craft Spirits Association and has been a member of MPI since 2012, serving on the Board of Directors in various roles.

Matthew Kalb is an international Certified in Exhibition Management (CEM) Instructor, known for his interactive, evidence-based teaching style. An enthusiastic bibliophile, he is dedicated to inspiring mindset shifts and authentic engagement among leaders in the events industry. Outside of his professional life, Matt enjoys scuba diving and always seeing his next adventure.
