Rise and Shine MPI! We tried it last year with great reviews, so back by popular demand is our breakfast and education session this February 13th at the Alliant Energy Center in Madison, WI. Make the most of the most important meal of the day by networking with your peers, followed by a session to celebrating your time investment!
Time management is an invaluable skill in event planning and business. Matt Judge will share insight from his experience planning large scale events such as the Formula One Race and his involvement in multiple super bowls. This session is one of the most-requested presentations by MPI and ILEA chapters. The session is both a philosophical and practical look at time + money + work + personal and how these four are inextricably connected. How you spend time and money determines what you get out of them. This is a session you won’t want to miss.

Considering your CMP? Don't miss the CMP 101 program after the property tours! In this 90-minute session the following domains will be covered:

The session will include presentations on the above topics, as well as handouts and sample test questions only available to session attendees.

This presentation, Everything You Do is an Investment, explores an important new way of thinking for your attendees. How we determine the ROI, the return on our time and spending a thousand times a day, affects everything in our personal and professional lives.
But...how did you decide this Yes was greater than a hundred other options? How do you measure the Return on Investment? We will explore this and the impact of this decision on the success of your business and your life.
A significant part of this is understanding the return on the time you invest in clients, target markets and projects, helping you understand which ones are the best use of your time.
Matt Judge
Matt Judge is Results Manager at TJC Event Solutions in Indianapolis and is a frequent speaker to professional organizations. Matt is a graduate of Indiana University and the Advertising Arts College. His career includes being a professional comedy writer and morning show personality in San Diego, owning an import-export business, and ultimately ending up where he belongs, providing online services to well-run organizations. His work has taken him to more than 25 countries. He is fluent in German, speaks passable French, and knows just enough of other languages to start an international incident. His clients include corporations of all sizes, meetings and conferences, marathons, music festivals, amateur and professional golf events, sixteen Final Four basketball tournaments, five Super Bowls and much more, including both the Democratic and Republican National Conventions. He has learned a couple of things about business and really likes to help others get better at their jobs.
