Happy Hour

While we will not be meeting in person for the entire January meeting, MPI-CC will still be gathering at the Hyatt Centric SouthPark Charlotte for a happy hour on Thursday, January 20 at 6pm. For those interested, there is no registration free, but drinks will be on own. The Hyatt is graciously providing live music and complimentary hors d'oeuvres for MPI-CC attendees.

What's your TRUE Motivator?

There are better ways to spend your time and energy than trying to analyze your team’s lack of motivation or continuously wonder about your leadership effectiveness? Motivations are not evergreen, they are fluid and we can learn to adapt.

Participants will be able to take the 5i Assessment to help answer these exact questions along with understanding that our motivation is not a static thing. Understanding what intrinsically motivates us or our teams can lead to more effective leadership, incentives, work satisfaction and therefore, employee loyalty. We will explore new ways of thinking and the idea is that you leave with...you guessed it...some fresh motivation!"
