What are some of your most unique or rewarding activities during your time at home this year?
I took a motorcycle class and got my license. Rented a few bikes to test drive before I was ready to make a purchase. Riding in the North Georgia mountains is so nice and peaceful!
How did you get into the hospitality industry?
A high school friends told me about the limousine industry while I owned a restaurant. I was not happy at the time with my job so I sold my restaurant and bought a limousine. I have had a smile on my face every day since.

Our company has been the Transportation Sponsor for the last two years.

What are some of your most unique or rewarding activities during your time at home this year?
I have become a sourdough starter caretaker. I have four wonderful sourdough pets- Chester, Shaggy, Scooby, and Chester, Jr. They help me make sourdough bread, pizza crust, and crackers.
How did you get into the hospitality industry?
By chance! The Alabama Turfgrass Association was looking for an Association Manager. I was referred by a friend.
MPI Georgia Connection?
I was encouraged to join MPI in 2004 by my boss at the time, James Vrac. As a former employee of the Events Industry Council, he knew MPI Georgia would be a great resource and encouraged me to earn my CMP.

What are some of your most unique or rewarding activities during your time at home this year?
I taught my six-year-old neighbors how to snorkel, and this past week I paddled four whitewater rivers in three states over five days.
How did you get into the hospitality industry?
A referral from a Toastmaster's friend who worked for Club Corp. I went on an informative interview to the Dallas CVB and started the following week.

I met Kenneth Jones of dynami group when he served as president and led a 100 new member campaign.

What are some of your most unique or rewarding activities during your time at home this year?
Work- related- I integrated a mismatched project management workflow from Excel, Sharepoint, and OneNote into SmartSheet and the client loved it!
Personal: Added several indoor plants to my apartment. This is my favorite- a monstera- also known as the Swiss Cheese Plant.
