
Elizabeth Mays is a local meeting professional with over ten years of experience in the hospitality industry with both corporate and non-profit organizations. She is currently transitioning to a new position in the meeting industry.
Elizabeth started her career in meeting and event planning as a volunteer and intern with various companies in the Atlanta area. She got her first career opportunity as a tradeshow coordinator with an engineering firm.
Over the years she has learned that being a team player is one the most important aspects to being a successful meeting professional. It’s important to be flexible and willing to always go with the flow. Elizabeth follows this mantra and shares with others in the hospitality industry.
Elizabeth is a mom to a six-year-old son and room parent at his school. She loves to travel and tries to make sure that she enjoys a nice spa visit along the way. Dream vacation? Hawaii. She and her son love sports and they are huge fans of the Atlanta Falcons.
