How did you get into the hospitality industry? It started in college as a means to make some money but I slowly found that being a hotelier was something that fit my personality perfectly. I love face-to-face engagements with people from all backgrounds and it has served me well throughout my career.

What's one of your most unique personal or work accomplishments during your time at home this year? This year was filled with personal transformation for me. I finished my undergraduate degree at University of Phoenix and lost over 40 pounds through dieting, exercise and intermittent fasting.
