Join us in extending a warm welcome to Alexandra Casto who joined MPI Georgia in January. Her colleague, Christina Porter, introduced her to the organization. For the past two years Alexandra has been employed with Great Wolf Lodge and was a part of the opening team for the Georgia property. She currently serves as a Sales Manager with the responsibility to generate guest room and catering revenue from the corporate and military markets. Alexandra was introduced to the meeting industry as a Private Event Coordinator for a country club where she was responsible for booking and executing meetings and events. This was the position that made her realize she wanted to continue working with events.

Through her career, Alexandra has also learned that building relationships and time management are two very important practices in the event industry. Outside of work, Alexandra continues to pursue opportunities for growth. She recently applied for Leadership Troup, a community program located in Troup County, Georgia focused on effective leadership and community development.

Married in March 2017, Alexandra and her husband live with one fur-baby named Stella, a Mini-Australian Shepard/Shar Pei mix. She is excited to plan her next travel destination anywhere close to the beach. Alexandra is most inspired by her dad; he was the hardest working man she knew and inspired her to never give up and always go after her dreams.
