I burn the first round of grilled cheese and pancakes every single time I make them. Every. Single. Time.

Self-care Sundays, spending time with family and friends, eating well with purpose and intention, and exercise.

A sunny day with nature all around in good company with one of my favorite beverages: sparkling water, cup of tea or glass of red wine.
