West End BeltLine Beer Social - August 2019

Join MPI Georgia on August 20^th at Wild Heaven Beer’s newest location in the West End. Enjoy an open bar of beer on tap and hearty appetizers. Make great connections while networking with meeting industry professionals in the taproom adjacent to the Westside Beltline Trail.

The heart and soul of our West End Brewery & Gardens is a new 7-barrel brewhouse. Brewmaster and Co-founder Eric Johnson is poised to create new and experimental beers on an ongoing basis, for onsite consumption and for takeaway in 16oz four-packs.  

In addition to the brewery are a restaurant, a large taproom, and two private event spaces, one for smaller groups and one for larger groups of up to 300+. Outside, overlooking the Beltline Westside Trail is a 12,000 square foot patio and lawn area to be complemented by various gardens, under Eric’s direction. He is also a renowned horticulturalist if you didn’t already know and has hosted a gardening show on PBS since the 1990s! William Baber (formerly of City Winery) joins us as our Director of Hospitality to oversee Taproom and private event business.

Our Taproom features 20 taps in each of three locations throughout the building. Beers will include the core Wild Heaven year-round offerings such as Emergency Drinking Beer and ATL Easy Ale, plus a constantly rotating menu of experimental small batch beers brewed in our West End brewhouse. Eric will continue to explore various European and American styles with a particular focus on botanical beers. On the patio is the Emergency Drinking Bar, with 8 taps and canned beer for quick service and for celebrating Atlanta’s beautiful weather.

MPI Georgia Non-Member: $35 

Online registration closes at 5:00 PM Thursday, August 15, 2019. On-site registration will be provided based on space availability for a $5.00 increase in registration fee.

Substitutions: If you have registered but are unable to attend the meeting, you may substitute another employee from your company at no additional charge. Please send written notification of this change to info@mpigeorgia.org.
