2023 Fall Classic
Registration for the Fall Classic is now CLOSED. Please email info@mpigeorgia.org with any questions or registration changes. Event Timeline:
| 11:30 AM | Registration opens, Networking in Magnolia Hall, Silent Auction Preview |
| 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM | Lunch and Program |
| 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM | Parade to Promenade, Tournament |
| 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM | Tournament Concludes, Awards Reception in Magnolia Hall |
Registration Rates and Policies (Before October 23):
| Member Supplier Full Registration: | $100 |
| Non-Member Supplier Full Registration: | $120 |
| Member Planner Full Registration: | $60 |
| Non-Member Planner Full Registration: | $80 |
| Team of 4 Member Full Registration: | $400 |
| Team of 4 Non-Member Full Registration | $480 |
| Hosted Planner*: | $45 |
| Reception-Only*: | $70 |
ALL Preferred and Premiere MPI members can receive member registration rates for MPI Georgia events. Registration closes on Monday, October 23 at 12:00 PM EST.
Hosted Planner:
Planners have the option to request to be hosted by a supplier and attend the Fall Classic at a discounted rate.
Reception-Only Registration:
This registration type only grants admission to supplier registrants from 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM in Magnolia Hall.
Cancellations:
If you need to cancel your registration a full refund will be granted if cancellation is received in writing before 5:00 PM on Wednesday, October 18. After that time there will be no refunds. Please send a cancellation notice to info@mpigeorgia.org. Additionally, registration fees may not be applied or transferred to future events.
Substitutions:
If you have registered but cannot attend the meeting, you may substitute another employee from your company at no additional charge. Please send written notification of this change before 5:00 PM on Wednesday, October 18 to info@mpigeorgia.org. After that time, substitutions will need to be made onsite and a name badge will not be guaranteed.
