The Phoenix Awards is designed to recognize outstanding MPI Georgia individual members and committee achievements during the past year (Summer 2023 - Fall 2024).  Only current, active Meeting Professionals International Georgia Chapter members are eligible to submit nominations. Registration Information:

Registration will close on Friday, November 1. ALL Preferred and Premiere MPI members are eligible to receive member registration rates for MPI Georgia events.

*Please note individual tickets do not include reserved seating.

** After purchasing, we will send you a promo code to share with your guests so that they may complete the seat registration.

Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your registration a full refund will be granted if cancellation is received in writing before 5:00 PM on Thursday, October 31. After that time there will be no refunds. Please send a cancellation notice to info@mpigeorgia.org. Additionally, registration fees may not be applied or transferred to future events.

Substitution Policy:
If you have registered but cannot attend the meeting, you may substitute another employee from your company at no additional charge. Please send written notification of this change before 5:00 PM on Thursday, October 31 to info@mpigeorgia.org. After that time, substitutions will need to be made onsite.

MPI Georgia has secured a room block at the Bellyard, West Midtown Atlanta, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel for a nightly rate of $219. Our exclusive room rate applies from Thursday, November 7th to Sunday, November 10th. The booking link will close on October 17th.
