MPI Georgia is excited to host the 2025 Phoenix Awards. Each year MPI Georgia members and guests come together to celebrate the incredible achievements of individual members as well as our dedicated committees for their contributions to the chapter and meetings community throughout the year. This year, we have a lot to celebrate!

Awards and Nominations:

Our Finalists for the Phoenix Awards have been announced click here to vote for your peers! Voting will close Monday, November 3rd at 5:00 PM EST!

The ticket price includes cocktail reception, dinner, open bar, entertainment!

Registration will close on Friday, November 7th. ALL Preferred and Premiere MPI members are eligible to receive member registration rates for MPI Georgia events.

*Please note individual tickets do not include reserved seating. If you would like reserved seating, please contact info@mpigeorgia.org. 

Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your registration a full refund will be granted if cancellation is received in writing before 5:00 PM on Friday, November 7th. After that time there will be no refunds. Please send a cancellation notice to info@mpigeorgia.org. Additionally, registration fees may not be applied or transferred to future events.

Substitution Policy:
If you have registered but cannot attend the meeting, you may substitute another employee from your company at no additional charge. Please send written notification of this change before 5:00 PM on Friday, November 7th to info@mpigeorgia.org. After that time, substitutions will need to be made onsite.
