Instead, leaders often reach their full leadership capacity when they stop leading to be liked and start leading with clarity, integrity, and purpose. The session will be hosted by Tamara Burton, Director of Leadership Development for the MPI Georgia Chapter and COO of Event Audio Visual Services, Inc. (EAV).

About the speaker:

Jacqueline Beaulieu, HMCC, MMP is Senior Director of Marketing, Advocacy, and Client Strategy at Poretta & Orr | Exhibits & Events and President-Elect of the MPI Georgia Chapter. She brings extensive experience across the tradeshow, event, and association industries, with deep expertise in healthcare exhibit and event marketing. Previously, Jackie spent 16 years with the Healthcare Convention & Exhibitors Association, where she served as Executive Vice President and Executive Director. She is also a global trainer for the Healthcare Meeting Compliance Certificate (HMCC) program at Meeting Professionals International. Jackie has received many industry accolades, including being named among the Eventex Awards Top 50 Most Influential Event Production Professionals in the Events Industry in the U.S. in 2025. Jackie's session delivers practical insights, real-world experiences, and actionable strategies.
