Speaker Information: Nibha Rastogi, Director of Talent Acquisition at +GMMB, a national political communications firm headquartered in DC, brings over 8 years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition in the field of communications. Prior to joining GMMB, Nibha led Talent Acquisition at Ken Willis Inc., an Atlanta based communications firm, and a combination of HR and Recruiting at Porter Novelli, a global purpose driven PR consultancy.
Through the broad HR and Talent Acquisition leadership roles Nibha has had at GMMB, Ken Willis Inc. and Porter Novelli, she has partnered closely with the business leaders to listen and understand their needs, shape corporate culture, develop and retain great talent and strategically staff and succession plan for the business’ future needs.
Born in London, raised in Mumbai, Nibha moved to Chicago 10 years ago to pursue her Master’s in Industrial Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
