Speaker Information: Sheri Traxler is a wellness coach, author, and speaker who helps busy professionals beat burnout, boost energy, and break free from diets. She also works with companies to build wellness cultures that improve health and productivity. Sheri is the author of Go Forward: 28 Days to Eat, Move, and Enjoy Life God’s Way and holds a Master’s in Health Promotion. She is a Certified Personal Trainer, Health Coach, Nutrition Specialist, and Intuitive Eating Counselor. Sheri has spoken nationally, led fitness episodes for Viacom, taught Corporate Wellness at Belmont University, and directed programs at Vanderbilt Medical Center.
CE Credits: You will receive credit for attending
Cost: This series is FREE to MPI Georgia Members and $10 for prospective members. ALL Preferred and Premiere MPI members are eligible to receive member registration rates to MPI Georgia events.
