Topic: Seeds of Leadership is a leadership development framework created by Will Lukang, centered on nurturing the leader within through intentional self-discovery, character development, and proactive engagement. The program is built on Three Pillars of Leadership—each designed to empower individuals to grow from within and lead with purpose in the face of global and internal organizational challenges. It integrates insights from global leadership surveys, personal development tools, and values-based leadership philosophy.

Will Lukang is a leadership expert, executive coach, and award-winning author with over 30 years of experience developing leaders and transforming organizations. He specializes in building high-performing teams, fostering inclusive cultures, and guiding executives through purposeful growth.
