With the FIFA World Cup matches headed to Kansas City and high-impact, last-minute challenges becoming the new normal for events, this is not the time for generic advice or surface-level motivation. This is the moment to sharpen your edge.
In Turning Stress Into Success, Evan Carroll delivers an inspiring, actionable keynote designed specifically for professionals who operate under pressure. This is not a “just breathe and stay calm” talk—it’s a practical, high-energy session that equips you to lead through uncertainty, make confident decisions in real time, and execute seamlessly when everything is on the line.
You’ll learn how to:
• Turn high-stress moments into opportunities for leadership and impact
• Navigate last-minute changes without losing momentum—or credibility
• Prepare your team and organization for large-scale, high-visibility events
• Stand out as the professional who thrives when others feel overwhelmed
As Kansas City prepares for the global spotlight, this session will help you and your company get ahead of the chaos—not react to it. Walk away with tools, mindset shifts, and strategies you can immediately apply to upcoming events and beyond.
If your role demands precision, adaptability, and excellence under pressure, this is a session you cannot afford to miss.
