She joined in 1998, became Vice President in 2008, and Executive Vice President in January 2020. Rachel holds a master's degree in Counseling Psychology & Counselor Education and a bachelor's degree in Psychology.  Gary Schirmacher, CMP Senior Consultant | Talent Acquisition Maritz Gary Schirmacher has 35 years of experience in the hospitality industry and is currently leading the team at THIS-Total Hospitality Industry Solutions since OCT 2020. He was a leader at Experient for 25 years, where he led the development and implementation of their strategic plans and was responsible for Maritz Global Events' industry presence. He has received numerous awards for his contributions to the industry, including the Pinnacle Award and the Lifetime Achievement Award.
