High of the Week:
Walking with my husband everyday (2 meters away from anyone else!)

Low of the Week:
Reading the news and realizing this is going to take much longer and impact the entire world, much more, then I’d originally hoped.

One Thing I'm Grateful For:
My family, friends and colleagues from around the world are at this point, okay.  This means reaching out and re-connecting with them in North America, the Netherlands, Britain and Australia.

Lesson Learned from Recent Events:
Do what we are asked to do – for our own good!  Please.
