What’s your favourite holiday movie? Guests at this year’s Holiday Fundraising Gala will enjoy an evening celebrating all the holiday classics. Whether a fan of Whoville or singing snowman, there will be something for everyone. Bah Humbugs are welcome too!
Charity:
Breakfast With Santa Foundation is the chapter’s charity of choice for the Holiday Gala. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to them. In additional, attendees are asked to bring an unwrapped toy for a child or gift cards which are great for the early teenage children.
A portion of the proceeds will also be allocated to the World Education Congress (WEC) 2019 Fund to support members attending the WEC in Toronto, June 15-18, 2019.
Fees:
Member rate is extended to the individual member only, not to non-members within the same organization.

Members & Students: $125+HST
Non-Members: $155+HST
Reserved Corporate Table* (8 seats): $1160+HST (must be booked by Friday, November 23, 2018)
Reserved Corporate Table* (10 seats): $1450+HST (must be booked by Friday, November 23, 2018)
Fees after Friday, November 23, 2018 or at the Door (subject to space availability)
Members & Students: $145+HST
Non-Members: $175+HST
$2 of each registration fee will be put in a fund to assist members to attend the WEC2019 in Toronto.

$20 for an arm’s length
$10 for three tickets
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be received in writing by 5:00pm, November 23, 2018. No refund after November 23, 2018. NO SHOW – FULL FEE. If you have registered for the event and do not attend, there will be no refund granted. If payment has not been received, you will be invoiced for the registration fee.

Sponsorship Seeking Prize Donations for Holiday Gala
The Sponsorship Committee is looking for auction prizes for the December Holiday Gala. This is your opportunity to support the chapter, our WEC 2019 Fund and our charity, Breakfast With Santa Foundation.
Gift baskets, tickets for sporting events, concerts or shows, hotel stays, electronic merchandise, jewelry, gift cards, wine baskets, are all suggestions. Why not be creative and come up with something new.
Please complete and return the 2018 Holiday Gala Donation Form to have your donation listed.
Live auction prizes should include transportation, at least four nights accommodation, golf or spa, meals, etc. For live auction prizes please contact Leslie Wright: lwright@mpitoronto.org.
