25th Annual MPI Toronto Chapter Golf Tournament

1. 12:30pm – Registration and Lunch
2. 2:00pm – Tee Off
3. 6:00pm - Tournament to Finish
4. 6:00pm - 7:30pm - Reception + Raffle draws and prizes

Fees include:

1. Use of golf cart
2. Eligibility for all tournament contests
3. Fun activities on holes
4. Lunch
5. Reception
6. Tournament prizes
7. One raffle ticket per golfer, additional tickets available for purchase

Each group foursome registered is required to have a minimum of one planner.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

1. Registration is limited to 120 golfers
2. Golf is RAIN OR SHINE – GOLFERS MUST SHOW
3. Dress code – Wacky Golf Attire (optional)
4. Soft spike shoes only
5. No refunds for cancellations
6. Substitutions permitted, pre-registered foursome rule applies
7. Final registration deadline is June 28th or when tournament sells out, whichever comes first
8. Single golf registrations accepted/you will be placed with other non-foursomes registered.

Fees:

All fees plus HST (R#124261454)

Members: $195 + HST

Non-Members: $225 + HST

Member Special – book a foursome at $780*+ HST

*If you are a current MPI member, you can book a foursome at the member rate for all golfers if you pay with a single credit card. Not more than two players from the same organization permitted in a foursome, and each foursome registered as a group is required to have a minimum of one planner.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing by 5:00PM on June 20, 2023.

No refund after June 20, 2023.
