MPI Virginia Education & Networking Social at Echelon Wine Bar

Join us at Echelon Wine Bar for an afternoon of learning, tasting, and mingling. From 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM, Wine Director and Sommelier Justin Ferguson of The Underground Kitchen will lead an interactive session designed to make wine approachable, enjoyable, and impressive—no matter your audience.

Justin will guide you through wine fundamentals, must-know terminology, food pairing techniques, and tips for selecting bottles that suit any budget. Whether you’re organizing a corporate gathering, planning a dinner party, or simply want to elevate your wine game, this session will give you the confidence to choose, serve, and talk about wine like a seasoned pro.

Following the session, stick around from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM for a lively happy hour—perfect for networking, discussing what you’ve learned, and of course, enjoying a glass (or two).
