Annual Conference Sponsorship

The highlight of the year for MPI Virginia is the Annual Conference. The 2026 Annual Conference will be held August 10-12 in Richmond, Hilton Short Pump Hotel and Spa, and will provide numerous ways to market your business. Our sponsors receive networking opportunities including: video and web promotions, display tables, speaking time at the podium, and follow-up e-letter and e-blast opportunities. For the 2026 Annual Conference, all logos, videos and artwork must be submitted by 7/31/2026.  Vector (eps or Illustrator) preferred; 300 dpi raster files or camera-ready art also accepted.  (No word docs or gifs, please.)
