Will is a former operations manager for the College Football Playoff, is an award-winning major events professional, former strength coach and dynamic speaker. We’re excited to welcome you to the beautiful Lake Lawn Resort in Delavan, WI for the MPI Wisconsin Chapter’s September event!
Festivities kick off on Wednesday evening, September 17, with a brewery tour at Duesterbeck’s Brewing Company accompanied by drinks. This is the perfect opportunity to mingle, network, and unwind, setting the stage for the educational sessions the following day. The Duesterbeck farm has been in the family for over 150 years and in recent years the 6th generation turned the family farm into a microbrewery, leaning on Ben's talent of homebrewing. While on the farm you will be given a take home tasting glass and with this glass you will be able to sample up to 6 different beers made right there on the farm. Transportation between Lake Lawn Resort and Duesterbeck’s will be provided throughout the evening for your convenience.
The main event takes place on September 18, featuring dynamic speaker Will Baggett, former operations manager for the College Football Playoff, is an award-winning major events professional, former strength coach and dynamic speaker.
Will will lead two insightful sessions: Color Outside the Lines: a look into leadership lessons learned from coaching and planning events such as the CFP National Championship, Super Bowl, Peach Bowl, Cotton Bowl, and Men’s & Women’s Final Fours.
The second session, Beyond the Title: Leading Through Relationships, Not Roles will take a deep dive into the power of relational leadership: understanding people, building trust, and creating influence.
We will also be helping Lakeland Animal Shelter with a pet supply drive! Help out our furry friends and bring an item from their wish list.

Speaker Bio: Will Baggett
Will Baggett, former operations manager for the College Football Playoff, is an award-winning major events professional, former strength coach and dynamic speaker. In early 2020, Will was recognized by the White House for outstanding communications and service to the President of the United States.
Will has also helped produce events such as the Super Bowl, Final Four and a host of college football bowl games.Over his six-year coaching career, Will helped produce 19 NFL draft picks, including two first-round picks.
Will is considered to be the undisputed authority in personal branding, body language and soft skills leadership, resulting in a 98.13% approval rating across all his speeches.
