Happy Holidays and New Year, MPI Colleagues!

The DEI Committee has been hard at work bringing you both educational events and important resources. We are excited to launch our new DEI Toolkit which we will share more information in the next few weeks.

We also had the opportunity to host a Community Chat in November and collaborate with MPI Potomac for a Community Chat in December. If you haven’t yet checked out this forum for connecting and learning, please consider joining us for our next one scheduled for January 18 where we’ll discuss the talk show from Events: From Black to White (November episode) which is a discussion between two industry professionals, Derrick Johnson and Carrie Abernathy around different DEI topics and how we can make changes in our industry.

Thanking you for joining us on this journey of learning and understanding so we can better serve our clients and produce more inclusive events.
