The MPI Minnesota Meeting Card will be available for online purchase between June 1 and October 12, 2023.

Valid for one (1) year from the month of purchase, the Meeting Card benefits include:

• Automatic registration for four (4) Chapter Educational meetings [Value $200]:
  • If purchased by September 7, 2023: September 2023, October 2023, January 2024, and February 2024
  • If purchased by October 12, 2023: October 2023, January 2024, February 2024, and either August or September 2024
• Three (3) Special Events: [Value $180]
  • August Kick-Off (August 2023)
  • The Holiday Celebration and Silent Auction (November 15, 2023), and
  • The Year End Celebration (June 2024)

Not included with the 2023-2024 Meeting Card:

• MPI MN Meetings & Events Day / GMID 2024
  

MEETING CARD POLICIES:

• Meeting Cards are a benefit only available to MPI Minnesota Chapter members. Not a member yet? Join MPI today!
• The purchase of a Meeting Card is non-refundable.
• Refunds or credits are not given for missed meetings.
• A meeting card is still convenient and a cost savings even if you miss a couple of pre-paid meetings.
• Simply notify the Chapter office if you are unable to attend
• Meeting Card holders unable to attend a meeting may not share or transfer their event registration(s) to a friend or colleague (regardless of membership status).
• If a cardholder leaves current employment where their employer had paid for the meeting card, the employer may contact the Chapter office and request that meeting card ownership be transferred to another employee, as long as the new employee is a MN chapter member.
