This is a highly recommended training session for all Committee Chairs and Board members (Directors) to learn the fundamentals of how the Minnesota Chapter of MPI works.
Youi'll learn the basics of committee functions, navigate through the Business Plan, and get briefed on how to utilize information in Google Suite. In addition, you will gain a few insights on your own leadership skills by taking a leadership self assessment prior to the meeting.
