 What to Expect:

Join us for a panel discussion where we will learn from a talented panel about bringing large events to Minnesota. They will cover topics such as the impact, how to combat trafficking, challenges, and successes. 

Following our panel, we will celebrate all of the nominees and recipients of our Excellence in MPI awards. These awards include: 

  • Planner Member of the Year
  • Supplier Member of the Year
  • Venue/Supporting Company of the Year
  • Rising Star
  • Volunteer of the Year 
  • Icon Award

3:00pm-3:45pm - Registration open + Bridging Community Drive + Heavy Apps networking

3:45pm-4:00pm - Opening Remarks

4:00pm-4:45pm- Panel

Paid Parking (expense of attendees)

The Marquette Hotel offers 24-hour in-and-out self-parking for $38 plus tax per night, or valet parking for $65 plus tax per night ($70 for extra large vehicles). The hotel utilizes the IDS Center Lot 167, which is a covered parking ramp located underneath the hotel. 

The parking ramp entrance is located at 716 S Marquette Ave, situated on S Marquette Ave between S Seventh St and S Eighth St.

The parking ramp is not owned or managed by The Marquette Hotel and parking is the expense of the attendee.

 

Community Drive

Please join us in supporting Bridging in their mission to provide home essentials to more than 4500 Twin Cities households each year.  Bridging serves nearly 100 households each week and need 100 kitchen packs each week. 

New or gently used items are accepted

To ensure we have all items, we ask that you kindly indicate what you will bring here. 

Our goal is to build 20 kitchen packs but we welcome additional items.
