Daniel Jasper - Authentic Experience Service: Creating Connections that Count

Authentic Experience Service: Creating Connections that Count is a powerful, story-driven keynote that reimagines guest service as something far deeper than efficiency or satisfaction. It’s about connection.

Imagine if every guest left not just helped—but touched by your service. Imagine a team that doesn’t just serve, but sincerely cares.

In this engaging and practical session, Daniel Jasper invites you to step into your guest’s shoes and experience service from their side of the counter. With real-world stories and proven strategies, he equips teams and leaders to deliver guest experiences that are heartfelt, consistent, and memorable.

By the end of this presentation, attendees will be able to:

-Shift from transactional to transformational guest interactions
-Empower every employee to become a concierge of care and connection
-Recognize and celebrate service wins to boost morale and team culture
-Use empathy and authenticity to build guest loyalty that lasts
-Whether you're on the front lines or leading from behind the scenes, this talk will reinvigorate your approach to guest service—and remind you why it matters so much.
