TWO CHAPTERS. ONE NEW STORY IN PARTNERSHIP

HSMAI Southern Colorado and MPI Rocky Mountain Chapter (MPIRMC) are teaming up for two days in Colorado Springs unlike anything else on our calendar this year. For MPIRMC, it's a chance to connect with members beyond the Denver-Boulder metro. For HSMAI Southern Colorado, it's a chance to host everyone right in SOCO territory.

We're kicking things off at Flying Horse Resort and Club with candid conversation from planners who've seen partnerships at their best and worst: the wins, the near-misses, and everything that separates a vendor who saves your event from one who sinks it. From there, we roll into roundtable discussions on the topics shaping our industry, then close out the day with a reception at Garden of the Gods Resort, one of the most iconic backdrops Colorado has to offer.

Stick around and the adventure continues with an overnight stay at Cheyenne Mountain Resort. Thursday morning kicks off with a breakfast keynote from John Register, a U.S. Army combat veteran and a Paralympic silver medalist, sharing Amputate to Elevate®: The StrikePoint Decision Pathway™ for Navigating Irreversible Change, on how to release fear, make decisive moves, and lead with clarity when going back is no longer an option. From there, we break into small groups to explore Colorado Springs, choosing between Garden of the Gods, the Olympic and Paralympic Museum, or the Air Force Academy's Hosmer Visitor Center, before wrapping things up at Hotel Polaris.

Earn up to 3 CEUs toward your CMP or CMM. One CEU is available for each education session: the planner panel, the roundtables, and the keynote.  Following confirmed attendance, credits will be submitted on your behalf to the EIC with the email address you provided at registration.

REGISTRATION, YOUR WAY: This event is built à la carte. Drop in for a single session, or go all in with an overnight stay for the full two-day experience. Either way, transportation between venues is covered — all you have to do is show up. Build your package during registration.
