Join us for a one-of-a-kind experience at the Denver Marriott West where you get to be the master of your own journey. We’ll start with an excited conversation with Jasmine Rice on the true impact of a keynote speaker and how to find the right one for you and your team.

From there, choose from four breakout sessions led by some of Denver's best local talent, each one focused on a different side of growing as a professional. Attendees will have the opportunity to select and attend two of the four breakout sessions, allowing them to customize their experience and gain insights from more than one speaker.

Beyond the Keynote: Creating Greater Speaker Impact Across the Entire Event Experience

Speaker: Jasmine Rice

A great keynote can be one of the most memorable moments of a conference, but the success of that keynote depends on far more than the person standing on stage.

From speaker selection and preparation to AV, staging, room design, production, attendee engagement and post-event follow-up, dozens of decisions influence whether a speaker’s message truly connects with an audience and supports the goals of the event.

Drawing on more than 20 years of experience producing events and working with professional speakers, Jasmine Rice will take attendees behind the scenes of what makes a speaker engagement work. This session will explore how planners and event partners can think more strategically about the entire speaker experience—from choosing the right person for the room to creating the conditions that allow their message to have the greatest possible impact.

Attendees will learn how to select speakers based on event objectives rather than popularity, prepare speakers to better understand the audience and organization, recognize how production and room decisions influence engagement, and create stronger collaboration between speakers, planners and event partners.

The session will also examine ways to extend a speaker’s message beyond the keynote itself, increasing attendee engagement and helping organizations get greater value from their investment.

For meeting professionals, the session provides a practical framework for making better speaker decisions and maximizing speaker ROI. For event suppliers and partners, it offers a deeper understanding of how their work contributes to the speaker experience and gives them new opportunities to bring strategic value to their clients.

Breaking Through to Leadership: Creating a Champion Mindset in the Workplace

Speaker: Chris Natzke

Today’s workplace demands more than management—it requires leaders who can create clarity, navigate challenges, inspire action, and bring out the best in the people around them.

In Breaking Through to Leadership: Creating a Champion Mindset in the Workplace, leadership and breakthrough expert, best-selling author, and former U.S. National Taekwondo Champion Chris Natzke draws upon more than five decades in the martial arts, championship competition, corporate leadership, and executive coaching to reveal what it truly means to lead with the Mind of a Champion.

Through engaging stories, practical strategies, and interactive reflection, participants will explore Chris’s proven leadership principles of Purposeful Vision, Conscious Persistence, and Inspired Action. They’ll discover how to move beyond limiting beliefs and reactive leadership, communicate a compelling vision, remain centered and resilient through challenges, and turn intention into meaningful action.

Participants will leave with practical tools they can immediately apply to strengthen their own leadership, positively influence workplace culture, and create greater purpose, performance, and impact—both personally and professionally.

Staying Calm, Clear & Strategic Under Pressure
Speaker: Linda Galambos

Negotiation and risk decisions are often treated as purely logical exercises, but the people making those decisions are anything but emotionless. Stress, urgency, fear of loss, and pressure can influence how we communicate, what we concede, and how accurately we evaluate risk.

Drawing from her work in neuroscience, emotional regulation, and decision-making, Linda Galambos explores what happens in the brain during high-pressure conversations and consequential business decisions. She helps participants recognize when stress is affecting their judgment, understand how emotional reactions can shape behavior, and use practical strategies to stay clear, composed, and intentional when the stakes are high.

Attendees will leave with tools to approach difficult negotiations with greater clarity, make more thoughtful risk decisions, and avoid reactive choices that can create costly consequences later.

Own Your Zone - How To Lead, Adapt, And Perform At Your Best In The Moments That Count
Speaker: Jeff Salzenstein

Pressure. Stress. Deadlines. Distractions. For high performers, leaders, teams, and organizations these
challenges aren't going away. They're increasing and we're expected to stay on our A-game in every role
we play, personally and professionally. What if leaders commit to living and working like elite athletes

skilled at staying calm and focused under pressure, and resilient through setbacks?

Excellence isn't measured by high output alone. It's about building the capacity to perform under pressure without burning out. In an uncertain future, more grind and hustle is not the answer. The solution is better fundamentals: simple, powerful practices to restore the body, rewire the mind, and reconnect the heart. Neuroscience and performance psychology show these skills are trainable, and elite performers prove it every day.

The Own Your Zone framework delivers exactly that. This system brings elite level performance insight, techniques, strategies, and tools into everyday leadership. Jeff competed on the world's biggest stages, overcame two career-threatening injuries, and helped his brother rebuild his life after addiction and 52 days in solitary confinement.

Those experiences revealed the truth at the heart of his work: success without fulfillment leads to burnout, disconnection, and a drop in performance and well-being. His human-centered, science-backed approach transforms how high performers respond to pressure, turning stress into strength and making resilience the norm.
