The Finance Committee plays a critical role in the financial health of our chapter. From planning major fundraisers to securing sponsors and managing budgets, our volunteers help power the events and programs that keep MPI Minnesota thriving.

Whether you’re a natural number-cruncher, love event planning, or enjoy building partnerships, there’s a place for you on this team. Volunteering is flexible, rewarding, and a great way to build connections with fellow meeting and event professionals.

Co-Chair, Summer Event
We’d love to have someone shadow our current co-chairs for the final month leading up to Jammin’ in July, and ideally continue as Chair in 2026.

Benefit Fulfillment Co-Chair 
A perfect low-commitment role—about an hour a month—to help ensure our generous sponsors receive all the benefits of their support. 

Sponsorship Co-Chair
Thrive on building relationships? Our Sponsorship Co-Chair role may be the perfect fit! This role focuses on securing and managing sponsorships that provide vital financial support to our chapter.
