Membership and Chapter Satisfaction Survey (MCSS) Summary Report Now Available
The long-anticipated Chapter-specific MCSS summary report is now available via the Chapter Metrics area of the CLRP (where you also find your Chapter Dashboard Report and Chapter Demographic Report). Please note that since we have added/removed some questions, a multi-year comparison of results may not be available for every topic. The MCSS Executive Summary is also available in the same area but please note that due to a technical glitch, the name on the link for the Executive Summary has not been updated and still says 2022, but the report is for 2023. We are working to fix this issue as soon as possible.

Check Out the New Look for Membership Retention
MPI introduced new membership renewal messaging in August 2023. The new messaging with eye-catching graphics and an updated focus on membership benefits are emailed with renewal invoices. Membership renewals are emailed monthly 60-day, 30-day and current to membership expiration. Members also receive a printed and mailed letter and invoice 60 days before membership expiration. We look forward to seeing increased retention with the updated look.

Foundation Updates
Congratulations on the start of a new year to all of you fearless Volunteer Chapter Leaders! I know there is SO much to learn, retain and do in your role so I want to start by simply saying THANK YOU for choosing to be in this position. As your term progresses, think about the legacy you want to leave behind when it comes to giving back to the MPI Community. For many chapters, that legacy has come in the form of the Chapter Contributions Program which has picked up steam over the past few weeks!

Anti-Human Trafficking training available for Chapters
Over the past several years, MPI has been committed to the fight against human trafficking and raising awareness about this industry-critical issue. As announced during the Chapter Leadership Summit, all Chapters are required to include Anti-Human Trafficking education in one of their educational events. To support this requirement, an MPI Foundation grant has been created to help those chapters who need the support.
MPI Global’s Anti-Human Trafficking Committee has an active Ambassador team, and every chapter has been assigned an Ambassador. Your Ambassador has reached out to you in the past few weeks to offer assistance on hosting a meeting. If you have any questions about the new mandate to host an anti-human trafficking meeting for your chapter, please reach out to your Ambassador. If you’re not sure who your Ambassador is, please contact the team leader Jennifer Berkemeier who will be able to assist you.
